All parts come with a 30 day warranty from GM Supplies; longer warranty periods may be available based on manufacturer´s own warranty and conditions.  If an item proves to be defective within 30 days of receipt of merchandise,  our policy is to replace the product at no cost and free shipping of the new item once testing has been completed on the defective product.  

Due to the nature of certain parts and supplies and/or their packaging, some parts and/or supplies may not be accepted for return. They generally include OPC Belts, fuser unit, photoconductor drums, image units, image transfer units, toners, etc. These items are very sensitive to proper installation and cannot be resold when the package seals have been broken.

Returnable items must have been kept in new condition in all aspects other than the defect. GM Supplies must be notified of any defective and/or damaged items within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. Upon notification of a defective item, a reasonably detailed explanation of what is wrong with the part will be required. Simply stating an item arrived DOA is not sufficient.  Once a defective item has been returned, GM Supplies will send the defective item out for testing.  Testing times can vary from 2 days to 3 weeks depending on the item. If a consumable item proves to be defective after testing has been completed our policy is to replace the product at no cost and free shipping of the new item.  Replacement items will not be sent until the defective item has been received & tested.  Due to the sensitive nature of copiers, printers and/or fax machines, GM Supplies cannot accept responsibility for any other damages that may occur to parts or components of said machine other than the consumable item purchased from GM Supplies regardless of the reason for failure. In the event a returned item is found to not be defective or has failed due to excessive use or damage during installation our policy is to return the item to the customer and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and any replacement item that may have been sent prior to completed testing. 

In the event your item arrives damaged all the packaging & the damaged item must be kept at the delivery location.  GM Supplies must be notified of the damaged within 30 days of delivery as we are unable to process damaged item claims more than 30 days from the date of delivery.  For damaged items reported within 30 days of delivery our policy is to file a damage claim with the carrier & ship a replacement item via UPS Ground at no additional cost to the customer.  GM Supplies will also require pictures of the damaged item and/or items for the carrier and/or manufacturer.  In the event an inspection is required by the carrier all packaging along with the damaged item must be kept in the condition it was received & be available for pickup at the address the package was delivered to.  Failure to provide the requested pictures or to make the item available for the carrier at the delivery address will cause any damage claim to be denied.  As a result, GM Supplies would not be able to refund and/or replace the damage item and/or items.   

Paypal Refunds - As of October 11, 2019 PayPal no longer refunds the fee's it collects on payment transactions.  If for any reason you are refunded by G.M. Supplies via paypal those fees collected by Paypal are not refundable.

All sales on Xerox hardware such as printers, scanners and copiers are considered final at the time of purchase & cannot be returned and/or exchanged for any reason by GM Supplies. 

Any Xerox hardware such as printers, scanners and copiers purchased from GM Supplies does come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of shipment.  Any product defects that must be addressed with the manufacturer directly

If the Xerox hardware proves defective during the warranty period, the manufacturer at its option, will:

(1) repair the product by means of telephone support or on-site service at no charge for parts or labor,
(2) replace the product with a new product or a comparable product of similar age, value, and/or capability,
(3) refund the amount paid for the product, less a reasonable allowance for usage, upon its return.

To exchange and/or return an unopened item within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at 1-800-537-1005 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  The packaging must be in original condition and the product must be over boxed before returning it.  Our restock fee is 25% and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, which includes any shipping charges from your original order (Free UPS Ground Charges Included).  GM Supplies does not issue return labels for return authorizations.  Customers are responsible to provide return shipping of the product after an RMA has been issued.  Customers who are exchanging products will be responsible for a 25% restock fee, return shipping of the original products & any additional shipping charges for the replacement product if applicable.  All sales are considered final after 30 days of purchase, therefore returns and/or exchanges after 30 days of purchase cannot be accepted.

Open box returns and/or exchanges cannot be accepted as they are a total loss and cannot be resold.

Any items listed as Special Order or discontinued with limited availability cannot be returned and/or exchanged. 

For customers who are using express shipping options, UPS will guarantee expedited shipments for delivery by a certain day and time depending on the selected service. In the event your package is not delivered on time it is always recommended that you contact us at 1-800-537-1005 right away to check the status of your shipment and to find out if your shipment qualifies for a credit on express shipping costs. If your package has been delayed due to a UPS service error or GM Supplies shipping error it is possible your express shipping charges can be refunded. Should your package get delayed for reasons beyond UPS and GM Supplies control such as weather conditions or any of the other conditions set by UPS then your package would not qualify for a shipping credit.
