Fast Shipping

GM Supplies has three main shipping locations to serve our customers as efficiently as possible. So regardless of where you are located we will do our best to ship from a location that can get the product to your door as efficiently and cost effective as possible. Since we ship from several different locations most orders placed by 4:30PM CST will ship the same day. International orders are subject to associated freight and shipping charges. We offer Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $75.00 within the continental US, Ups 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air & Ups Next Day Air, shipping is available for and extra cost. Rates are automatically calculated based on the shipping method, items selected and shipping location. These rates can easily be calculated by using our shipping estimator located within the shopping cart.

GM Supplies also has a easy to use secure checkout process. Just add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart and before you confirm your order you will have the option to remove any items you might not want before processing the transaction.

GM Supplies accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.  We also offer a banke wire transfer option for an addtional $15.00 wire fee or a COD option through UPS for an additional fee of $12.00 which will allow you to pay for your order using a Cashiers Check or Money Order at the time of delivery.

Warranty

If an item proves to be defective within 30 days of purchase, our policy is to replace the product at no cost, however, the item must be kept in the condition it was received in. This will give GM Supplies an opportunity to file the necessary paper work for a manufacturer warranty or shipping claim. Furthermore if you have mistakenly ordered an item and would like to return it or exchange it for another product please contact GM Supplies at 1-800-537-1005 to get a return authorization number so we can properly assist you in regards to this matter per our return policy.
