If however an item proves to be defective within 30 days of purchase, our policy is to replace the product at no cost and free shipping of the new item. The item & packaging must have been kept in new condition in all aspects other than the defect.
To return an unopened item within 30 days of purchase, there will be a restocking fee of 30%. To return an unopened product after 30 days of purchase, the restocking fee will be 50%, The packaging must be in original condition & must be wrapped up before returning it.
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it within 30 days of purchase, but the box/cartridge has already been opened, the restocking fee on that is 50% as open box returns are a total loss. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it for the corect product and the box/cartridge is still sealed with the manufactures seal in place, customers will only be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the replacement and no restocking fee will be charged . To return a product please email or call us for a return authorization number. Any products sent Back without an authorization number will not be accepted.
