your purchase & we will do our best to serve you!!
If however an item proves to be defective
within 30 days of purchase, our policy is to replace the product at no cost and
free duplicate to original shipping priority of the new item. The item &
packaging must have been kept in new condition in all aspects other than the
defect.
To return an unopened item within 30 days of
purchase, there will be a restocking fee of 30%. To return an unopened product
after 30 days of purchase, the restocking fee will be 50%. The packaging must
be in original condition & must be wrapped up before returning it.
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and
would like to exchange it within 30 days of purchase, but the box/cartridge has
already been opened, the restocking fee on that is 50% as open box returns are
a total loss.
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and
would like to exchange it for the correct product and the box/cartridge is
still sealed with the manufactures seal in place, customers will only be
responsible for all shipping charges associated with the replacement and no
restocking fee will be charged. To return a product please email or call us for
a return authorization number. Any products returned without an authorization
number will not be accepted.

sends an automated confirmation of your order which will contain your order
number. Simply email your request to us with your order number in
the subject line. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders $50
and over which allows us to provide you with tracking information for all
orders with Gmsupplies.com as soon as the information is available to us.
How can I change my order or add to it?
Once
you've submitted your order, it's important for you to know that in-stock items
are generally processed for shipment within 24 hours, or on the next business
day if the order is received on a weekend.

What is your backorder policy for items that are out
of stock?

the event an item is temporarily out of stock when you place your order, we
will check on deliverability with our manufacturer and contact you with a ship
date if it can not ship immediately. Note that we keep any items on order,
unless you instruct us otherwise or the manufacturer informs us the item is not
timely available.

in many different countries all over the world. International orders are
subject to associated freight and shipping charges, as these orders do not
qualify for our free $50 and above shipping option but we will always ship
within the 48 contiguous states on orders $50 and over UPS Ground for free. (Alaska and Hawaii not included)
Can
I use my own shippers account number?
GMSupplies.com
has a working relationship with UPS and UPS Freight; we offer competitive rates
on all expedited methods of shipping (3 day select and quicker). If you or your
company would like to have an order expedited on your UPS shippers account,
please do so by either placing the order via e-mail or by calling
1-800-537-1005.
Was
my credit card charged twice or overcharged?
At
GM Supplies.com we bill your credit card as your order is processed and
shipped. Please note that when we receive your credit card order, the amount
required for purchase must first be authorized by our credit card payment processor.
Authorization effectively reserves the amount of your purchase on your credit
card account, but in no instance does authorization create a duplicate charge

I
ordered online with a credit card, why does my Invoice reflect a balance due?
When
an order is placed at GMSupplies.com your credit card is immediately authorized
for the amount of the purchase, within 24 to 48 hours that amount is debited
from your account reflecting a posted charge with your issuing bank and
transferred to our account, at that point payments are applied to invoices.
GMSupplies.com will ship your order the same day or within 24 hours all before
your account reflects PAID.
What
is a CCV number and why do you require it for purchase?
CCV
stands for Card Code Verification. The CCV number is a three or four digit
number on your credit card, in addition to your account number. This number was
created to help protect you (and other merchants) from credit card fraud.
Essentially someone must have actual possession of your credit card to make a
purchase online/over the phone. We require the CCV number on credit card so
that someone with just a credit card number is unable to use it. This number is
not stored on-line or retained by Gmsupplies.com. The CCV is found on each of
the following cards in these places:

back of your Visa card. The full credit card number is reprinted in the

capabilities. Our free UPS shipping is available throughout the contiguous United States. GMSupplies.com uses UPS Ground delivery for most packages 24X24X24 and

Freight for LTL shipments so that you can rest assured that no matter what size

offers opportunity to assist customers willing to take care in our environment,
with special shipping arrangements. Our standard packing method is to use new
sturdy corrugated boxes with products suspended in Styrofoam packaging peanuts
in order to protect and insure a damage free delivery. With a special request
either by phone, e-mail, fax, or submitting a request in the comment section
prior to submitting your order, a customer can ask that their order be shipped
using 100% post consumer materials. These materials range from recycled boxes
from our inbound shipments, and/or the packing material used from the same
shipments, i.e. (shredded paper, newspaper, air bags, packing paper, corrugated

Delivery Times
The
above time for delivery is listed as a guideline only. Actual delivery times
may vary based on the item. Allow at least 1-3 business days for your order to
be processed and shipped out, regardless of the shipping option you choose. Standard
ground orders in rare cases may take up to 2-5 business days to process. We do
our best to get your order to you as fast as possible but can not guarantee
delivery times affected by uncontrollable occurrences such as the Weather. The

Note: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, but will deliver on Saturdays; again
